The Hex HT House is a six container 2 storey house in high style that maximizes usable space both inside and out. The price of the house includes foundation and permit work and also includes the balcony, rooftop deck, stairs, granite counters and shaker cabinetry. 

The house has impact windows and doors and eight layers of material on the walls including high grade "R Matte 3 Plus" insulation, dens glass fire retardant sheathing, steel walls and finished with smooth dry wall interior and can be painted any specified RAL color. 

The house comes complete with electrical panel, heating and cooling system. The only thing you have to do is choose the color, cabinet finish and exterior finish option while we take care of permitting and foundation.
