The Double Deck House is a four container house, inspired in our Duo House.

Several times, our customers were inquiring about a 2 Story Duo model, this is why, our design and engineering team were encouraged to hardly work for weeks on this house and now are very excited to present the final result.

This imposing building evokes the historical architecture in Boston with a modern twist and a minimalist approach, maximizing functional space inside and outside. The price of the house includes foundation, permit work, rooftop deck, stairs, granite counters and shaker cabinetry. 

The house has impact windows and doors, eight layers of material on the walls including high grade "R Matte 3 Plus" insulation, dens glass fire retardant sheathing, steel walls finished with smooth dry wall interior which can be painted with any specified RAL color. 

The house comes complete with electrical panel, heating and cooling system. You just have to choose the color, cabinet and exterior finish option while we take care of permitting and foundation.
