The Duo House is a two container house that maximizes functional space inside and outside. The price of the house includes foundation, permit work, 620 sq. ft., stairs, granite counters and shaker cabinetry. 

 

The house has impact windows and doors, eight layers of material on the walls including high grade "R Matte 3 Plus" insulation, dens glass fire retardant sheathing, steel walls finished with smooth dry wall interior which can be painted with any specified RAL color. 

 

The house comes complete with electrical panel, heating and cooling system. You just have to choose the color, cabinet finish and exterior finish option while we take care of permitting and foundation.
