The Penta House is a five shipping containers house in high style that maximizes usable space both inside and out. The price of the house includes foundation and permit work and also includes the terrace, stairs, granite counters and shaker cabinets.
The house has impact windows and doors and eight layers of material on the walls including high grade "R Matte 3 Plus" insulation, dens glass fire retardant sheathing, steel walls, and finished with smooth drywall interior that can be painted any specified RAL color.
The house comes complete with electrical panel, heating and cooling system. The only thing you have to do is choose the color, cabinet finish and exterior finish option while we take care of permitting and foundation.
