Global Modulars - Modular USA Corporation is using 40’ HC Shipping Containers for its standard products.
	
All the exterior doors and windows are insulated & impact proof.
	
Floors will be covered by vinyl waterproof flooring.
	
Kitchen furniture and bathroom furniture (vanity, shower, toilet) are included with installation.
	
A sink dishwasher, a fridge + a single oven will be installed.
	
All other kitchen appliances are chosen by the client and charged separately.
	
Living room, bedroom, dining room furniture not included.
	
Façade decorative covering elements are not included in the price.
	
The producer supplies all technically required plans and provides support for permitting purposes. Ground transportation from production facilities in South Florida is included in the price.
	
Client will be supplied with foundation type and plans.
	
Foundations piles will be supplied by the producer.
	
Piles will be installed by a licensed contractor.
	
The residential/commercial unit will be supplied with LED lighting, interior electrical distributions, plumbing and split A/C system.
